You CAN Exercise!

On Friday, January 25th, all of the classes did the can workout with Mrs. Chapnick.  We collected 219 cans.  Last year we collected 130 cans.  That's almost 100 cans more!!!!  The cans were donated to Evergreen Basic Needs!

We did different exercises for about 15 minutes during our gym class.  We used the cans like weights.  We lifted them, did arm presses, swing behinds and lunges.  We also did exercises on the floor with sit-ups and pushing the cans up and down.  Our arms got tired ~ it was a great workout and FUN!
